Refund & Return Policy

Subscription Plans

All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount).
  • The Platform experienced a major outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period.
  • You cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase (first-time subscribers only).

To request a subscription refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and reason for the request.

Physical Products (Dropshipping Store)

Products purchased through our dropshipping store are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging.
  • Not damaged by the customer.
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

To initiate a return: (1) Contact us with your order number and reason for return. (2) We will provide a return shipping label within 3 business days. (3) Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label. (4) Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Digital Products & Themes

Digital products (themes, sound packs, AI-generated content) are non-refundable once downloaded or activated, as they are delivered instantly. Exceptions apply if the product is materially different from its description or is technically defective.

Virtual Coins & Fan Gifts

Virtual coins purchased on the Platform are non-refundable once the purchase is complete, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws. Coins that have already been used to send gifts cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Donations

Donations made to content creators are final and non-refundable. By completing a donation, you acknowledge that the funds go directly to supporting the creator and cannot be reversed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any eligible purchase, please contact us with:

  • Your account email address.
  • Order or transaction ID.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting photos or documentation (for physical products).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
